Their advanced technology and ruthless tactics gave them an unfair advantage, and they quickly dominated the competition. But just as they were about to claim victory, a surprise attack by a group of rebels, led by a legendary pirate named Captain Blackbeak, took down The Syndicate's flagship and sent them fleeing.

The original Raft Wars tournament was meant to determine the ultimate champion of the high seas, but things took a turn for the worse when a mysterious organization, known only as "The Syndicate," entered the fray.
