The XTM Avengers 1.8 never went to market. Tony built exactly seven units—one for each original Avenger, plus a prototype for Fury (which he promptly “lost” in a drawer). It became the unspoken bond of the team. When Thor went to Asgard, his unit kept a slow pulse, waiting. When Natasha went dark, her unit’s signal was the only thing Fury trusted.
