Victoria 3 | Install Mods Manually

While the Steam Workshop makes modding Victoria 3 incredibly easy, sometimes you need to do it the old-fashioned way. You might have downloaded a mod from a third-party site (like Nexus Mods or ModDB), or you want to use a mod that isn't on the Workshop.

Documents\Paradox Interactive\Victoria 3\mod\ BetterEconomy.mod BetterEconomy/ common/ events/ descriptor.mod (sometimes inside the folder) If the extracted folder contains another folder called BetterEconomy (double nesting), fix it by moving the inner folder up one level.
