Unlike the previous films where Frank gets accidentally pulled into crime, Refueled has a twist: Frank is hired by a group of four women seeking revenge against a human trafficker. It’s a darker, more personal tone. The "cargo" talks back this time, leading to a cat-and-mouse game across the French Riviera.
