Sofia’s arc in Episode 3 is about shedding performance. She admits to a murdered informant (in a chilling monologue) that she enjoyed killing. Milioti delivers this with a smile that doesn’t reach her eyes. The episode’s sound mix—perfectly synced in this release—layers dripping water over her confession, as if Arkham itself is applauding. Forget The Batman ’s Batmobile roar. Episode 3 gives us a 1970s Lincoln Continental versus a stolen garbage truck through the narrows of the East End. Oz wins by reversing into a warehouse, baiting his pursuers into a collapsing floor. It’s not heroism. It’s cockroach cunning. The episode’s final five minutes are its most devastating. Oz returns to his mother’s apartment—a cramped, lovingly detailed space filled with religious icons and faded wallpaper.
