Jaggi meets Noor (Sonam), who runs a secret NGO against dowry. She is trying to convince her own uncle not to demand dowry for her cousin. Jaggi, to keep his cover, pretends to ask for ridiculous dowry items (a specific buffalo, a vintage tractor, a gold parandi ). Noor sees through his "act" but mistakes him for a real idiot. She decides to reform him. In trying to "fix" him, Jaggi actually learns the value of Punjabi culture beyond the glitz, and falls genuinely in love.
