Kadaram Kondan Movie < RECOMMENDED | 2027 >

A well-crafted, if conventional, action entertainer that proves Vikram can excel in a restrained, "less is more" role. Rating: 3/5 (Above Average).

Kadaram Kondan is a 2019 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film directed by Rajesh M. Selva, who previously made the critically acclaimed Thoongaa Vanam . Produced by Kamal Haasan under his banner Raaj Kamal Films International, the film stars Vikram in a dual role alongside Akshara Haasan and Abi Hassan (making her debut). The film’s title is a historical epithet of the medieval Chola king Rajendra Chola I, who conquered the Srivijaya kingdom of Kadaram (modern-day Kedah, Malaysia). However, the film uses this title metaphorically rather than as a historical drama. Plot Summary (Spoiler-Free Synopsis) The story revolves around Dr. KK (Vikram), a suave, enigmatic, and highly skilled surgeon living in Malaysia. He is married to Malini (Akshara Haasan), and they have a young son. Their seemingly perfect life is shattered when Malini is kidnapped by a ruthless gang led by the powerful and sadistic Ravi (Prakash Raj, in a chilling cameo). kadaram kondan movie

The kidnappers demand a seemingly impossible ransom: retrieve a mysterious "package" hidden in a heavily fortified police evidence vault in Kuala Lumpur. Forced into action, KK reveals he is not just a doctor. He is a former elite operative with extraordinary combat and infiltration skills. As KK embarks on a high-stakes mission against time, he discovers that the package is linked to a larger conspiracy involving corrupt officials, a deadly virus, and the gang’s true mastermind, a man named Vasco (Abi Hassan). I believe in love. I believe in compassion. I believe in human rights. I believe that we can afford to give more of these gifts to the world around us because it costs us nothing to be decent and kind and understanding. And, I want you to know that when you land on this site, you are accepted for who you are, no matter how you identify, what truths you live, or whatever kind of goofy shit makes you feel alive! Rock on with your bad self!
