Elias clicked . A window opened. A blue progress bar began to fill, inch by inch, like a gentle tide coming in.
“Is it done?” he asked, disappointed.
He clicked the blue box. A little pop-up appeared, and inside it, he saw a message: “Vacation 2019 – up to date.”
“That’s it,” Mira said. “From now on, anything you put in that blue folder lives on your computer and on the internet. If your laptop dies, you just come back to the website, log in, and everything is still there. Growing. Safe.”
