Heal Yourself — By Joseph Murphy
Your subconscious mind is the creative architect. It takes your dominant beliefs and fashions them into your physical reality. If you say, "I am sick," your subconscious accepts that as a command and manifests sickness. If you say, "I am whole," it accepts that command and rushes to restore perfect balance.
You are not a victim of disease. Disease begins in the thought life of the individual. Every sickness, every ailment, every weakness is but the outward expression of a negative, fearful, or destructive thought pattern lodged in your subconscious. To heal yourself, you must change the movie playing in the dark room of your mind.
If you will give 10 minutes each morning and each night to this mental diet—refusing to entertain fear, gossip, resentment, or sickness—the healing power of your subconscious will manifest as a new body. You will discover that you are your own healer. The physician merely dresses the wound; the subconscious grows the new skin. heal yourself by joseph murphy
Do not try to force your body to heal. You do not force a seed to grow; you water it and trust the sun. Similarly, you do not force your organs; you simply cast the healing thought into the subconscious and let the Law of Life do the work.
This is the secret of secrets: Feeling is the secret. As you say the words, feel the warm glow of health. Imagine your physician examining you and exclaiming, "It is a miracle! The condition is gone!" Live in the feeling of being healed now , even while the physical evidence suggests otherwise. Your subconscious mind is the creative architect
"My body is the temple of the living God. Perfect health is my divine right. The healing intelligence of my subconscious is now flowing through every cell, tissue, and organ of my body. Every cell vibrates with harmony. Every function operates in perfection. I am whole, I am joyous, I am free. Thank you, subconscious, for this complete healing."
The healing power is not in the doctor, the medicine, or the surgery. The healing power is in your own subconscious mind. Activate it with faith and silence. You are not broken. You are simply asleep to your own divinity. Wake up, and be healed. Based on the teachings of Dr. Joseph Murphy (1898–1981), author of "The Power of Your Subconscious Mind." If you say, "I am whole," it accepts
Go into a quiet room. Close your eyes. Be still. Stop the chattering of your intellect. Do not fight your symptoms; ignore them. The less attention you give to the condition, the more it will fade away.
