Select your NVR and click the "Forgot Password" or "Reset Password" icon.

Navigate to Settings (Gear icon) > System > Default .

If you cannot log in, software resets are impossible. You must open the chassis.

Log into the NVR directly via a monitor connected to the HDMI/VGA port, or log in via a web browser (using the NVR’s IP address).
