Do not plug in the DS150E yet. Run the driver installer (usually CDP_Driver_Setup.exe ). Reboot.
Open the software. Go to Configuration > Vehicle Database > Update from server (it will fail – click "Offline mode"). Critical Security Warning (Read This) Do not run this software on your primary personal computer.
Run Setup.exe . Choose "Autocom" or "Delphi" – it doesn't matter. Install to C:\Delphi .
