Previously, adjusting a shape or a text layer required bouncing between three different panels (Character, Paragraph, and Options bar). In 2018, the context-aware Properties panel consolidated everything. Click a text layer? Adjust leading and tracking. Click a rounded rectangle? Change the corner radius live.
