NitroSense only works on supported Acer Nitro 5, Nitro 7, Nitro 16, or Predator Helios laptops. It will not install or open on other brands or standard Acer laptops. Follow the on-screen instructions and restart your laptop. Method 2: Microsoft Store (If Pre-installed or Auto-Detected) Some newer Acer Nitro laptops have the launcher pre-installed.

Go to "Check for Updates" .

Search for "Acer NitroSense" .

Click the Download button.

If you see "This product is not compatible" – use Method 1 instead. Method 3: Acer Care Center (For Updates) If NitroSense is already installed but not working:
